Hillary will win

So let's see.... who are the potential republican presidential candidates for 2016?

Chris Christie: Fortunately for him, he has the reputation of being a bully, and people have terrible memories. If he doesn't get arrested for Bridgate, he might have a chance at winning the nomination.

Ted Cruz: This punk says the most insane shit. So much so that the tea party will cuddle him like a little baby. If he wins the nomination, watch him dismiss the idea that he's Canadian. Donald Trump will not ask for his birth certificate.

Full list at http://2016.republican-candidates.org

None of the others will even come close, though I really do hope that Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman try again. With all of these twits stumbling over themselves to say the stupidest and most ridiculous things, Hillary Clinton will EASILY EASILY EASILY bitch-slap her republican running mate.

I can hardly wait!

Your obsession with american politics is not normal, seek help. You seem to think that Democrats can do no harm and that the Republicans are all evil. I would assume you are an intelligent man running your own company. You do realize they are all the same at the end at the day right? What has changed in your life be it under obama or bush or any other politician?

here's the difference I see between liberalism and conservatism...

the conservatives I personally know work towards self improvements and success in life and business... the liberals I know want EVERYBODY else to change and then bully, slander and libel anyone that dares to disagree with them :2 cents:

Out of that list i would only for for Jeb :2 cents:

Here is my experience.

The liberals I know want the world to change to accommodate them and they don't understand why everyone doesn't feel the same way they do. The conservatives I know believe everyone that doesn't feel the same way they do about issues is wrong and are anti-American. While they say they are for more personal freedom, they are more than happy to take any freedoms they don't like or agree with away.

This is going to shock a few people

I want Hillary to run and win, because if she can be like Bill and work with the OTHER side, unlike the ass hat in office now, some good things will come from it. Liberal or Conservative, things don't work for shit when the Potus refuses to work with the other side, and yes, Obama continually puts down the other side in his speeches and continues work to separate the country for his parties benefit, not the benefit of the country.

We will probably have a GOP controlled house and senate this fall, so a democratic president will fit in there nicely, anyone but another term with Obama

Right or left, I couldn't give a shit, just want leadership that brings the country together where we have a better median wage, more people employed and our soldiers guarding our interests, not the rest of the world

Is that too much to want, because we are not getting it right now?

Read this book by a self described liberal. His conclusions after many many years of research as a social psychologist are pretty interesting and difficult for him to admit.... but he concedes that facts are facts ;)

Seriously, i think you would really enjoy it and its quite fascinating.

Lol... relax man... I'm just trolling. And its not an obsession, its an entertaining hobby. Canadian politics is really boring by comparison, thats all. And of course dems can be idiots. And no of course politicians are not all the same and in fact they are almost polar opposites. As for what has changed for me personally? The US economy affects my business as it does yours. And call me a bleeding heart liberal, but seeing so many people carrying so many guns, and so much war, is kind of depressing. I'm just one of those people who wishes there were better solutions.

I can see that... I have American friends on both sides too and to be honest, none of them are far-right or far left... Some vote Dem and some vote GOP and all of them are cool... my "obsession" as sir Bryan G calls it is just with certain republicans who say crazy, crazy things sometimes....

I agree. I think that if republicans are going to win the white house in 2016, Jeb would be the guy to do it.

(And is it just me, or do you think that Jeb and George W's should switch first names?) :)

True, but it depends who the republican nominee is. If Jeb wins the nomination, then in my opinion anyway, the GOP has a good chance of winning.

Actually, Obama has said many times that he wants to work with republicans. It's John Boener who constantly refuses, and even refuses to allow votes on many bills.

Im a liberal and have deep respect for what you have built and your abilities.

Tom_PM 05-08-2014 07:09 AM

"liberal" and "conservative" are so old. Lets just call them "progressive" and "stagnant" from here on out. Who is with me? Nobody? OK.

brassmonkey 05-08-2014 07:24 AM

republicans started the middle east shit they are on the shit list :2 cents:

idolbucks 05-08-2014 12:01 PM

Politics: Everyone seeing what they want to see and fighting for their extremely narrow motivations, goals and agendas.

Simple version: Us vs. Them

Is that why he ignored the GOP on the ACA bill?

which reminds me that someone once said that if Hitlers fathers name would not have been changed from Schicklgruber to Hitler, history would have been different

"Heil Schicklgruber!" simply doesn't work the same way.

MaDalton 05-08-2014 12:23 PM

and one more - i could deal with this guy if i had to pick a republican

http://2016.republican-candidates.org/Huntsman/

but since he's not a tea party lunatic, i see no chance for him to make it through the primaries

He can easily get the Hispanic vote.

If it wasn't for his last name, I would say he is the next President, I lived in Florida when he was Governor and he did a great job.
