Most people don't have access to personal trainers, dieticians, and most have to actually raise their kids without the help of Nannies. So yes it is harder for most women to get back into shape then people that were born with a silver spoon in their mouths.

Up to her sure, but she still blames it on having a kid which is just ridiculous...

while she most probably has those pros on her team, they didn't do the work for her.

I suspect she maintained tight control over her diet during her pregnancy so she wouldn't balloon out of control but as for getting back in shape in 8 weeks isn't really all that difficult and it's certainly not time-consuming.

It does take commitment and effort but a program like insanity would be an ideal program for getting this sort of result in 8 weeks post-pregnancy.
