Recommendations on banner spots?
 

So I notice lots of people willing to sell banners but I am looking for recommendations from people with actual experience and good results of good places to buy banner spots. I am kind of a noob at this with owning phone sex sites I normally have just advertised on phone sex topsites with good results. But I want to branch out and bring more BUYING traffic to my sites.

Specifically looking for good tranny, BBW, milf and teen traffic. U.S. traffic preferably.

Also any advice on what is more effective as far as if PPC or regular ad spots are better or popovers or popunders etc?
