Do you own a PDA?

if you do take a minute to reply

1.What are some features you use in your PDA?

2.What are some features you don?t use in your PDA?

3.How often do you use your PDA?

4.Does it do what you want it to do? Elaborate.

5.Who else do you know that uses one? Do they use it for work or pleasure?

6.Where is the most convenient place you store your PDA?

7.Why is it that you chose an electronic organizer over a conventional organizer?

thanks, the first person to answer (seriously) shall be rewarded handsomely.

I don't have a PDA, my g/f does. It's a Palm, and I don't know squat about it, she swears by it, and feels 'lost' if she goes somewhere and doesn't have it. I wll answer for her best I can.

1.What are some features you use in your PDA?
Address book, phone numbers, most of all CALENDAR to keep appointments. It also lets you know when a birthday comes up etc.

2.What are some features you don?t use in your PDA?
None. Even the games come in handy on a boring plane ride etc.

3.How often do you use your PDA?
Several times a day.

4.Does it do what you want it to do? Elaborate.
It does what is advertised. Most important part is keep a schedule. And it works well, you can fill in details etc.

5.Who else do you know that uses one? Do they use it for work or pleasure?
No one, my friends are poor. My computer chick uses one, swears by it too.

6.Where is the most convenient place you store your PDA?
She stores it in her purse.

7.Why is it that you chose an electronic organizer over a conventional organizer?
No pen, no paper, batteries last for ever, you can dock it to your computer and send info back and forth, download software for it, it has zero bugs, works great.

I own a PDA - but it's not the same PDA that most people think of... my PDA is actually a Penlie Detatchment Apparatus.

I have a Pocket PC phone from T-mobile. Decent world phone, good sync to outlook for data. Good SMS service tied to my only SPAM free email address. Fair web browser, good telenet, VNC and SSH siupport so I can tickle a server when I need to.

it comes with an eye module. so when in a meeting if somebody picks their nose i can take a good picture of them and attach it on the front desk of the bank.
