Just read this:

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has finally admitted he has a substance abuse problem. He announced he's taking a leave of absence from city hall and from his re-election campaign to get professional help.

His announcement came after new pictures and video surfaced of him apparently smoking crack in his sister?s basement.

A media outlet is also reporting they have audio of the mayor making lewd comments about mayoral opponent Karen Stintz and can also be heard complaining about his wife.

So kids, have we learned yet that crack is bad?

He really is Toronto's Teflon Don. Everyone keeps complaining about what a buffoon he is and how the people that vote for him are just as idiotic. But the real story here is, that no matter how bad he gets, and what he does, they'd still rather vote for him than the alternative.

Canada must have some weird procedures to kick out their mayors. I was listening to CNN radio last night and they were talking about this this nut. He'd be goners here in no time.

Yes he has. This is why the left wingers of city hall hate him. He has been a target since he got into office. He has cut their budgets, called them out on their spending. Contracted out half of the city's garbage collection (city employees who collect garbage make over 80k a year) He refused a raise when they all voted themselves a raise. He has personal problems yes. However he is a good mayor.
