World War I pics

Mighty haunting, many (most) of these are:

And as a gentle dig at our Ozzie cousins, that the US wasn't the only country with horrid treatment of their native population, even during wartime

I love the history, and the sad thing is people never learn from it.
This photo represents indian troops with gas masks - who were positioned on the Macedonian front during the WWI.

This very photo is making me wonder how these men were putting the gas masks - especially when a gas approaches on a windy day to their position. I suppose they just take off the turbans, putting on the masks, and then they put the turbans back - spinning it around the head, while the enemy closing with gas masks on.

Interesting, I wasn't aware of Indians in europe. Desciption on photo above:
Indian troops at a Gas mask drill. Allied forces joined with Serbs to battle armies of the Central Powers and force a stable front throughout most of the war.

Makes me sick. Millions and millions of young men who lost their lives in an unimaginable hell fighting battles for wealthy old sociopaths made rich and powerful only through bloodlines. European history is revolting.

In the comments section somebody posted this Einstein quotation

?I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.?

you are starting to sound like a very tired old man. Is your time running out? That would explain your constant circlejerking over end of the world scenarios.

You want everyone else to go out with you don't you?

Rochard 05-01-2014 10:24 AM

I love WWII stuff... WWI not so much...

I think this is because my family was affected so much by WWII - My grandmother's entire family died and she came to the US because of it, and on my father's side my grandfather died fighting Japan. Great stories.

First the Bankers tried to start WW3 by using Syria, fortunately Putin decided to go for a Peace Prize, now the Bankers are using Ukraine, Russia cannot afford to let Ukraine go, in a game of chess it's like using a Bishop, whereas Syria was just a couple of Pawns :2 cents:

The Bankers have a long term plan, they want to change the world, they use the NGO's to start war, we know this as researchers have warned us. The mainstream news isn't going to give you this information, they are not there to inform you, just to herd you around.

Austro-Hungarian troops executing Serbian civilians, likely ca. 1915. Serbians suffered greatly during the war years, counting more than a million casualties by 1918, including losses in battle, mass executions, and the worst typhus epidemic in history

Do you have knowledge when would it happen?
I would add this to your predictions and we will see if you were right :)

ASAP, even the Bankers don't know when, they already tried to start it over Syria but failed, they'll keep probing all the hot-spots until they get what they want, throwing in a big false flag if necessary, whatever it takes to get it going. :2 cents:

Unless Russia back down then we're already in the initial stages, the Bankers can snowball the situation from here, Putin doesn't want WW3 but once the momentum is building it'll be hard for even him to stop. :2 cents:

It's staggering to think how many people the Soviets lost in the war and under Stalin.

They could have populated Siberia, and they wouldn't have a demographic crisis now.

Of course not, I was just guessing via the odds. Of all the postwar USA immigrants that I've interviewed or spoken with who lost all of their family in WWII, they were Jewish and/or Polish. You'd probably see a lot of Soviets there too - they suffered more than most - but emigration was fairly curtailed by the war's end so there wasn't nearly as big an influx heading West.

Had WWI not happened neither of these two cats would have ever amounted to anything.

The world today would be utterly unrecognizable.
