Live Video Managers ?

Anyone know of any good solutions for live video streaming ??
a complete setup from cams to billing would be great!

There is a program which exists called fire cracker (firecracker?) and it pretty much does everything you're looking for, for about 25K i believe.

Indeed it is, but it is supposed to be pretty much a turnkey program.. it might be less im not too sure but your best bet is to do the research before you go with anything.
