Mobile-Gods: How do you handle adult billing on mobile devices?

My mobile porn site is almost done and people can join then pay to upgrade their membership.
But what payment options do you use for mobile porn?

Its not an app so I can't use the app store billing.
I cant use PayPal (or is there a workaround with that?)

Do you just use CCbill etc on mobile?

I don't use CCBill, but there are other payment processors that do the same thing.
