Where is the PPP (Putin Propaganda Patrol) to justify this or state this is fictitious propaganda to destabilize Russia.

Putin has pretty much set Russia back 20 to 30 years in relations with the rest of the world. Even here on GFY we went from "unplug Russia from the net" to being more accepting due to not every Russian being a cheating scumbag.

Here on GFY we often see Russians able to do business openly, something you didn't see 10 years ago, due to the vast amount of fraud coming from Russia.

I suspect this whole Ukraine thing will have a lasting effect as Putin further isolates Russia from the rest of the world, that isolation will set back Russian webmasters as well as no one wants to do business with this kind of unpredictability looming over their heads..

No one's going to defend Zhirinovsky, he's been a loon for decades. IIRC he is banned from Germany and a couple other European countries, has said all sorts of ridiculous offensive crap for years - once he said Condoleeza Rice needed to get taken to an army barracks and gangbanged - got in hot water in Russia for beating a donkey in a commercial, the list goes on. He is a clown and Russians know this well. I guess he must serve some kind of purpose though because they keep him around. He's basically Rush Limbaugh except he actually holds elected positions.

I think you just heard what you wanted to there. He commented that Zhirinovsky was insulting a female RT journalist, and that Zhirinovsky could easily have been jailed for his 1000 other antics pulled over the decade.
