Seems to me you would have better luck sending the link - screenshots to JuicyAds and see about getting his aff account shut down. Juicy looks like his main source of income with popads being the 2nd source.

Looks like the site is suspended but behavior of hosting is suspicious, first they told me that they suspended account then they said they not host them and now looks like they really suspended them...

People still have problems with password sites? If you ban the account after multiple logins then you have free advertising. I was elated when I found out sliiing already does that.
