Best way for mobile marketing?
 

Yesterday I posed about a mass text program...but maybe I am wrong.

Currently we market all of our customers via email and website. I want to start marketing them to their cell phone - or a sexy photo with a special we may be having with a promo code.

What's the best and most cost effective way to do this?
