How does Dynamo do the stuff he does?

As the only resident board 'magician' that I am aware of I thought I'd ask.
I know there was another but I can't remember who it was.

Stuff like making 7diamonds appear on some guys glasses even though he was wearing them the whole time.
Or making water come out of his fingers from a waterfall.
Or making an event appear in photos from a year previous.

Is everyone in on it? Just for TV or what?
