If the photos or video were taken with consent then it's a personality problem exacerbated by whinging, not a legal issue. This is modernity's way of teaching how identify and to avoid having relationships with ugly minded people. The law cannot defend you from that no matter how much you wish it.

You don't consider crimes like harassment or stalking in your post.
The whole name "Revenge Porn" says it all when charging someone with harassment.

It's actually fucking stupid to think that's it's legal; but it's like copyright infringement when it
comes to getting the law to act.
So people start to think it's all legal.
