"Russian men aged 16 to 60 entering Ukraine without their families will only be allowed in if they have close relatives or an invitation, according to Ukrainian officials. Previously, all Russians could travel to Ukraine with just their internal IDs.

?The restrictions concern physically fit men, who can influence the political situation in the country,? a Ukrainian border agency official told RIA news agency.

"We are imposing these controls at all border posts."

The Russian foreign ministry has demanded an official explanation for the move, and said that it will consider counter measures. "

Apple, as single US company had $152 billion in sales in 2012. $13 billion in export sales is laughable for a govt sponsored weapons industry. Seriously, please tell me $13 billion was a mistake.

i agree this amount is not very large, however it is the second country that exports the most weapons. (i don't know if my english is good ?)

No, you were right on the amount, I just couldn't believe it was so low. I just assumed Russia's military export business was bigger than that.

It does seem low when you consider things like FaceBook slashing out $19Mil on a chat app...
