Short answer is yes, people here have had issues with them. Seems like a thread comes up every few months for Fleshlight. Either it's somebody having issues, or a thread like this one asking if people have had issues.

Those idiots fucked me good. Long story short, they gave everyone (including me) permission to use their trademark in a domain name. I spent time and money promoting said domain, then they lawyered up and demanded I hand over the domain that contains the trademark that they gave me permission to use.

Never really started to promote them and stopped to consider promoting them years ago when all ratios for all afiliates suddenly went shit for no reason. (other than shaving) There was a thread about it years ago but I can't find it now. :)
