Actually you are wrong on this one -i download tv series as well,not because i like to steal,it is because that is only way to get them.If i would be usa based,then i would use netflix or any other service where you can buy tv series,but since i am not there is no other choice.

Not to sound like that tool Gideon, but in the case of downloading a television episode because you missed it, wouldn't that actually BE legitimate "time shifting"? I mean, if you are paying for your cable service, and you just missed the episode, or say your PVR broke, how is downloading it causing any harm?

Well,only one who is at least doing some progress is HBO -they have HBOGO which is available in many countries,too bad they dont have any interesting shows otherwise i would take it. While i can understood netflix limited to usa only,i dont see why is also amazon restricted and other services like amazon.I guess non US money is dirty lol.

Netflix does exist already in the UK and they plan to open in Germany as well
