2257 Compliance Question
 

I run a tube and bought a bulk content package to promote the tube and have longer, higher quality clips.

1. I assume because I will be watermarking and distributing the content I will need to be 2257 compliant, so I am.

2. My main question I can't seem to find an answer for is:
Do the records have to be a printed copy in a file cabinet or can they be digitally maintained and sorted?

Digital is fine

So a records clerk with triple backup and a laptop should be compliant.
