call from poland, eastern europe... sorry can't do this. beside my english is kind of passive, i'm very ok with reading, worse with writing but active talk could be sometimes problematic.

just wan't to talk with someone who have authority to negotiate, that's all.
sending me to page with prices is pretty much "bot" answer.

i'm paying right now xx of money i've offered to pay double this value still they couldn't help me then.

right now i'm talking with some guy from support again, lets see maybe this time.




overall - i love amerinoc tech support, they were alway helpful and fast to response i want to stay with this company.

Strange,i used ticket system and i got pretty good deal.It kind sound like you are talking with wrong department instead sales department.
