Do you reward longtime members of your paysite?
 

Just finished a quick tech support issue for a subscriber, and when logging into his account admin I noticed he's been rebilling monthly for over 5 years. A good % of longtime members for all of us are just those who've forgotten and don't check their bank statements, but this is one of those guys that's used his account the whole period. He could have saved a lot of money buying annual memberships instead, but hey it works for me...

Got me thinking about loyalty perks or discounts. I don't have anything set up besides being extra nice to those members. Anyone do anything special for longtime customers, discount or otherwise?

Maybe he thought his purchase 5 years ago was lifetime and doesn't check his statements? What is date of cc expiration?

he have money, so setting his membership down will looks more like you are doing something wrong or feel like you are owing him something, so imho better is to send him some dvds you have in stock, or some tshirts, or some promo materials he can use in every day life or as a gifts, like pencils, lighters and so ... :2 cents: say hello to him and send him to 6bot :winkwink: have a nice sunday everyone! :thumbsup

Haha! Yeah we send them t-shirts or whatever. We make sure they know theyre at the right place.

We make rain forest expeditions as well. All during a 12 day trip.
We started 2011 with the first event. It was for the 10th anniversary of Busty.pl

He does get a discount as the site was cheaper when he joined
