youtube posting rules / flagging
so I put videos up some of my videos and they got flagged and account closed.
the videos had zero nudity just non nude talking. no rubbing or anything adult related. Is even that type of stuff not allowed? I see lots of other stuff way worse. Can anyone have an understanding of what will slide by there? I read the terms and this seemed to be ok as the rules go. I did put an outro ad bumper in there. Is that not ok? |

Not so long time ago, made a youtube account, added a couple of cam girl presentation clips, absolutely non nudity, girls with all their clothers on, not bikini, things like that, not posting any link in the description and also mark my clips to bee seen by mature audience.
My account has been closed in 3 days And you see other clips which are more sexual, girls are almost naked and when someone reports them, they just restrict the clip but not delete it. Fuck them, fuck youtube! don t bother Quote:

have you used the videos to spam links to your site? :winkwink:
|
what lucas said - spam is spam and youtube don't like it, nudity or not. some you win some you lose.
|
If you do an open box presentation of something with a legit review they will let you put an affiliate link to the product. But if you have a video that has no real value other than to tell people about your web site they will consider it spam.

Never understood theiry rules.. but I believe it has something to with spam, as mentioned, rather than "soft" nudity.
Here is a full length erotic film with over 600k views.. uncensored nudity, soft erotica. The whole channel is filled with erotic movies: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRQ...OjS2Xo_FRQ0XBA Strange isn't it? |
YouTube has gone to shit faster and faster. Even their updates to the mobile app are crap. Seen more adult stuff on Vimeo lately.

I set up a channel of family friendly videos of cool things I see as I travel. Videos on old trains, funnies animals, ect. I am getting a nice Google check every month, then I get locked out of my account and after writing back and fourth with Youtube support I find out I got my account blocked for using a email that they say have an account blocked three years ago. Im locked out of my account and my videos are still up making them money:mad:
The only good thing is I water marked all my videos and have clickable links to my domain that I use with my new channel.:2 cents: |
The spam thing is one factor, but they will delete videos that have nudity or are of a "sexual nature" even without nudes. Usually what happens is a prudish surfer with too much time on their hands reports it as offensive.
It's really unevenly applied, but chances are if you're an adult webmaster and you're promoting your site on Youtube even with no nudity, it will get deleted sooner or later. In fact, I just checked my account - I'd given up promoting on it after a couple videos got flagged and removed. It was all 1940s & 1950s burlesque - skimpy outfits and kitschy dancing, zero nakedness. Hadn't logged in a couple months. "Your account is permanently disabled." So yeah, don't bother with Youtube. |
The flagging system is automated. I imagine very little is manually reviewed. Age of accounts in play also seem to be a factor. Newer accounts and videos get fucked with just a few flags.
