PUT a FRIKIN clock on your submit page please. How are we suppposed to know that your time zone is 84382979875908980 hours behind ours and we have violated your 1 submit per day rule. Thank you and godspeed.

Here's an idea.
If you submit at 3am your time, don't submit again until 3am the next day or later.

i guess i should keep a time log as well as date log from now on

Set a schedule if you must.

Monday - start submitting at 9am
Tuesday - start submitting at 9:15am
etc..
