I need a little help.

I have got some websites, and i would like know the value of this.

I should work with this sites about 5 hours per weeks.

My clear reveneu about 400$/month. (It is clear, i got this after when i paid for example server costs and others)

what do you think? How much the normal and correct price of this, if i want to sell this?

This is a pretty good site; it's got a lot of good content and the site is fluid. If you're consistently making $400/mo I estimate this site should be worth anywhere from $5000 to $10,000

It is sounds good, but i think nobady give 5000 bucks... :)

If you've been consistently making $400/month profit, then you should pretty reasonably be able to ask for 12 months of profit, which would be about $5,000.

How long have the websites been established? Is the revenue from paid sign-ups or ads (or something else)? Where is most of the traffic from? These are things that may affect the sites' value.
