Rebills with no sales in NATS
 

saw that a few times already over the recent months.

i get rebills with no corresponding joins. any explanation for that?

Could be trial with no pay... pays only on rebill. But that should indicate an initial $0 join... so dunno

join would be 30, 60, or 90 days ago

Cancelled customer who re-activated?

Easy, you're in a pps program & the template wasnt edited to remove the rebill category on the pps program.

it's different. the way you described i don't get credited for rebills, in the programs in question i get credited for rebills, but there's no single sale in 6m.

Well, you have the customer, the payment processor, the site webmaster and then there is you. Where do you thing the problem is? There is no rebill without an initial sale. Someone got the first sale and you got the rebill.

i remember a while back a program was called out on this where they did not pay on initial sales but only on rebills, hence shaving

i think it was called carribeancash or something like that
