Would hosting companies share my ip/id with government?

guys, i work at public sector, i need to be caryful and you probabely follow the media and watching whats going on here.

i was outa biz for some hectic time and now wanna get back, i've tried to buy hosting from a known company by using vpn, but most likely they've thought i m a scammer or something and my order has failed when they realized.

So i m open to your suggestions what should i do?

There is anti fraud module on almost every host(since most of them use WHCMS)
which will mark you order as fraud if your ip and listed country dont match,so you need to pay attention to that.

Here you go. When you apply for hosting, just mention that I (CyberSEO) has suggested you their host, and you'll be fine even under VPN (CCs, PayPal, Paxum and other payment systems are accepted).

Looks like they use WHMCS as well, meaning he will get flagged again unless manually accepted,so he should send message before doing signup.Tho same can be applied to any host.

Only if they got a warrant/subpoena for the information or were presented with a FISA court order. Otherwise, no they would not share that information as it would be a violation of privacy.

Buying hosting over a VPN will more than likely get you flagged/auto declined. That's a horrible idea. We are in the business to service people and business. We need to validate who you are and that you have the funds you are paying. Nobody wants someone they cannot collect from.

Some advice from an old hippie

Get your back pack and walk out of the city into some remote mountain area. There is nothing worth fighting for and even less worth getting yourself beaten or killed for.

fisa court = Pound you in the ass and become a terrorist if you don't comply. They are not fair and there is nothing you can do about them. Refuse you go to jail and they will simply take over your business. There really are no options to avoid a fisa court order.

Yes indeed that is actually very possible, could be even official goverment body requesting info and hosting company would automatically forward info since they could be then marked as owner of offending site/material and they dont want that.
