Last few days my google analytics has been blowing up claiming the hun is sending me a ton of traffic. But I can't seem to find it on their page or figure it out. It seems like they almost just accidently stole one of my gallaries, and left my google analytics code on it.


Anyone ever notice something similar?

Hey man, I do. I am not at home right now but I will take a look at this ASAP and have it resolved. I don't steal any galleries or rip anything from other affiliates. But clearly you aren't making this up. I suppose the google analytics code I'm using was copied from the wrong place or somehow ended up in my stuff and I'm using it? I will get to the bottom of this today. If I can't figure out what is going on, I will contact you directly.

The page sinistar owsn was using my analytics code, and getting a ton of traffic from the hun.

In the past I indeed pulled some stunts with hotlinking images or scripts from people. Most of the time people stealing my content. I figured if they wanted my content they would also get my traffic :)... Doesn't work anymore with everybody having bandwidth pouring out of their ears though... belongs to the past!

Yeah, I figured out the problem and spoke with the OP directly. I just started testing a new template for some of my galleries where I show pics on their own html pages instead opening pics directly. I was looking at a few other freesites for examples on link structure and must have copied my HTML from the wrong window. Ended up grabbing his analytics code. Really dumb mistake, and I'm not sure how exactly it happened. The code was in my template, so appeared on any new galleries I made. After I saw this thread I fixed the problem within a few hours. Hope all is good now.

Ok... make sure you don't submit those to us... we changed a rule yesterday: no more linking to images in their own HTML pages... people clog them full of ads and other stuff...
