This is a job for someone who lives in a country with lower cost of living (Phillipines, India, Pakistan etc etc).

Without me they would have no job. Or would have to work for even less pay with the same exact cost of living.

So what is so disgusting about that?

I mean I'm not a guilt free individual. I have empathy. I've never had an employee tell me that they are not happy with the pay. If they are not they are always free to go find work elsewhere. But the truth is they never find anything that pays 50% of what we're offering.

Also I don't care if they are male or female. I'll hire either or, as long as they have skill. I don't discriminate at all.
