Six years, four months, thirteen days, four hours......

We have some memers that signed up before I came on board, which was about three years ago.

I doubt 3 years is average member retention.
I might send some traffic that's why I'm wondering :glugglug

You know someone from LS will come on here and say months and months after hearing that. :)

I just started using them about a month ago and not one member has cancelled. Plus the LS guys are absolutely great and reply to their emails/icq's right through the night, excellent support. That should be a good indication to you, but then again, that's too short a time period to give you a good estimate of what their retentions are.

I thougth it was pretty funny. where did you find that option, steve? I've been digging thru the ccbill manual for hours now

My retention with Light Speed wasn't all that great when I was sending them joins. BUT, and this is a big BUT, my conversions were so hot it was easy to forget about retention. I was still pulling 10 cents per click, minimum. Hot!

Give them a try, I'm sure you'll do great.
