While that may be true, the amount of insane drama on sites like twitter and facebook and news stories it has spawned has no doubt made it well worth it for Vogue.

I can't even fathom the amount of free press they got out of that cover.

I have no doubt that will be their best selling issue not only of the year, but possibly even the last 2 years.

magazines in general are stupid. vogue is no exception. just time wasters for people with nothing to do.
