They're pretty much alone at the top.

They can do that:

CCBill has always provided excellent service and continues to do so to this day.

CCBill is being ignorant and has been since the time i remember it
they've implemented barely few changes to actually improve things

I guess lack of competition helps them stay on top, because in any other instance company who does not innovate/go ahead with times would be doomed to lag behind.

I'd say they could stand to innovate more in some ways (compare signup templates vs Epoch, etc) but support has almost always been excellent in my years with them.

The only reason why ccbill is still here is because of the failure of affiliate industry...
