The whole Russia protests against war w Ukraine and Putin. Ppl support Ukraine despite the pressure

this time it's allowed by police. in previous days all the protestors were beaten and prosecuted.

Pics from Moscow. There're smaller protests in other russian cities as well.

the big picture of moscow protest
this kind of protest is unimaginable for putin's Russia and i don't remind anything like that in recent years.
so there're only ruskie gfy losers supporting the world, Russian capital Moscow is against war with their brothers. even russians can't believe it could be so big

Заметь, совсем недавно ты назвал всех русских фашистами и хотел убивать тех самых "москалей", что вышли сегодня на митинг сказать "нет войне". Где твоя логика, чмо ты бандеровское?

here comes the revelation
late, but better than never

ps. i was only against sombied ruskies and occupants. i was never after peaceful people, but there're very few of those in current russia. and yeah, this protest is against you and your kind since you wanted russian aggression to escalate. dump piece of fuck

archy 03-15-2014 04:07 AM

There will be no war I guess. May be it will be war but media war.
Putin will just take back Russian territory that Khrushchev presented to Ukraine as gesture of friendship. Since there is no more friendship Crimea is going back to Russia. :2 cents:
PS: don't watch TV and read newspapers so often. There is a media war going on. There will a lot of provocations from West against Russia.
PSS: and yes of course situation in Kosovo was absolutely different :2 cents:

MrDeiz 03-15-2014 04:15 AM

dude, i have participated in those events... there were investigations... all the shit what has happened in Ukraine happened because of putin and ruskie govn.
our shitty president which has no respect all over the country even in Crimea is hiding in russian and has putin as ally
don't say things you have no idea about

wehateporn 03-15-2014 04:37 AM

Surely saving the Ukraine from a NAZI takeover counts as a humanitarian war, the legit leader of Ukraine asked Putin for help :2 cents:

I am glad that you are not just keyboard warrior and did something that you think is right in your opinion.
But lets be honest. You and many like you on that square are just pawns in big chess game between USA and Russia. So called "new government" that is not even supported by many European countries is going to do the same thing as previous one. Now they are dividing power, companies and other valuable things that were abandoned and don't care about ordinary people. I am sure the level of corruption will be the same. There will be just new names. Rich people will get richer and poor people will become poorer.
Prices will grow because price for Russian gas will definitely increase, yes you do have a pipe that is transporting Russian gas to Europe and Ukraine can increase price for transport but it will not cover losses I guess. Plus as far as I know Russia has other ways of delivering gas to Europe. And all industry is heavily depends on price of gas so costs will grow and prices for all products will grow too. It will be bad for ordinary Ukrainians whose salaries and pensions I guess will not grow.

I do have friends in Crimea and Kharkiv. Yes I know that its East Ukraine and you might be from West and have absolutely opposite point of view but Crimean guys were dreaming about becoming part of Russian for 23 years and waiting for tomorrow hoping to awake on 17th as part of Russian. Friends from Kharkiv are jealous of them because they don't have such option and they will never accept new government that is mostly consists of West region representatives.

In my opinion multinational country should be ruled by strict man like Putin. Otherwise it will lead to situation that you have now. Your still legitimate president is a coward. If he had balls and a little brains you would not be in situation you have now. In multinational countries there always be minority of people who are in opposition but you should listen to majority.:2 cents:

Ukraine became a sovereign nation two decades ago, what's so hard to understand about that? Russia should have nothing to say about how Ukraine governs itself. When Ukraine became an independent country the Russians living in Ukraine should have emigrated to Russia if they didn't want to live in an independent Ukraine.

Putin is a ridiculous dinosaur living in the past and wants a return of The Cold War when Russians were under the impression that they were the equals of the United States. Europeans continue to live in the past, always at the ready to re-ignite hostilities with each other that began literally hundreds of years ago in many cases.

Somebody above mentioned a similar scenario that could have happened in Texas - no it couldn't, that shit doesn't happen in the New World. It didn't happen in Quebec in Canada and it won't happen in Texas. We don't have 1000 years of baggage behind us, only a couple of hundred. People left Europe for better lives here and to get away from precisely this type of endless bullshit.

Wow, I could never understand your thinking. Instead of having a tyranny of the majority over the minority, why not instead let parts of the country that don't wish to be ruled by a "strict man" instead be able to determine their own fate and be represented by a government that reflects their own wishes? I think that large "multinational" countries should allow the parts of that country that are not properly represented to succeed from that country and rule themselves. The larger the area and population that a government controls, the less representative it is. I will never understand people like you that wish to be ruled by others.

No offense, but I do not get it at all:2 cents:

Censorship gone to never seen levels... I read that they closed/fired some sites/media outlets, changed some CEO's of those and so on. lenta.ru as one of the examples...

Crazy brainwashing going on.....

This is how last year anti-Putin protests ended:
"A Russian court on Monday handed down prison sentences of up to four years to seven anti-Putin protesters, including a 22-year-old student who investigators said threw an "unidentified yellow object of spherical shape" at a line of riot police. He insisted it was just a lemon."

I have friends in Crimea, and they want to go back to Russia. They speak both languages but Russian is used, and they always felt they were Russian. Also, my understanding is the older folks get more money. It is viewed as the same but they get more so what would you want?
