i am sure all countries would like to try and listen to one of the most powerful people in Europe.

Because she is a high ranking government official in another country and we want to know what all countries are doing? Everything from about them potentially invading Poland again to them nominating themselves to host the next Olympics.

Every country does this. Germany has the BND, which has 300 locations in foreign countries.
