anybody here playing? i think im about to dig into that.

Just so you know, I have played in past Beta Weekends.

The game is not bad. But don't expect to feel like you are in Skyrim or any other ES game. The PvP is very well done and really has a GW2 feel to it and yet feels far superior to GW2.

The PvE Dungeons are actually well done and take some work to manage the mechanics.

The leveling will seem a bit slow, but I believe this is intentional as the game has a pretty deep story and following it will cause you to be delayed in your leveling progress.

Overall I am not fully sold that the game deserves to have a Sub pricing model, but if it were Buy to Play I would be in 100%

I've played in a few beta weekends as well. I can slaughter chickens with impunity without every guard and citizen in the area coming after me. o_O

But in all seriousness, the controls are a little weird and you need to get used to them. The graphics are pretty, there's story and whatnot.

I haven't grouped with anyone so I don't know what the mechanics for group play, but I'm just not quite sold on it yet. Especially for the price of the software + subscription. I much rather grab the expansion to Diablo3 first.

After committing too much of my life to skyrim, I was kinda hoping for an 'omg its amazing' post here.... Darn

I played in the last beta. I thought the game was beautiful, but it just wasnt much fun to me. I only got to lvl 8 though and didnt do PvP.

Yea I bought it. Played one beta and liked it, but mainly a bunch of mates will be playing so I will have some fun with them :)
