Weird, I used to be able to do Spock's hand sign easily. I just tried it and absolutely can't - wtf, aging? :Oh crap

Scotty and McCoy can't do it now, either.

I don't have any pain/stiffness in my fingers, my little finger just refuses to join with the next finger.

Leonard Nimoy still does it fine, saw a fairly recent pic of him doing it.

Strange, I find it easier to do now than ever before. must be all the practice!

i can do it like clockwork w/o even thinking about it, which sort of surprises me after allll these years of doing it.
Friday I hit 52...so you'd think I'd have some of the issues mentioned above, but I just did it when reading this thread, both hands at the same time, actually. ;P

Works for me. Easier now than say ten years ago. I don't practice.

i saw those star trek movies for the first time a while ago and really wondered why it was so popular. It was so lame.

Stick a some guy cock between fingers, it will help you to do it somehow :)

Is it middle finger towards the thumb or pinky?..

I practice it every day, in case I need it, so I just did it without problem.
