Being a male, I've never understood women, especially in "those" days. I always wanted to experience PMS just once in my life.

Estrogen alone won't do it. Would need a testosterone blocker, and to take estrogen. To get the effect of a period you would need to take a cycle of progesterone for about a week or so each month.
