Affiliate link management for sponsors

Can anyone recommend a good script to manage affiliate links on the fly? Ive seen people suggest php redirection but I am unfamiliar with php.

Im not concerned so much with tracking clicks. Just dont want to change the same sponsor link on 50 different pages.

Thanks in advance

You dont need PHP for that, you can use htaccess Tho i cant pull example out of my ass as i use nginx which works a bit different.Just google htaccess and seo friendly url and you will found it.

I like this method:
https://yoast.com/cloak-affiliate-links/

all you need to do is add your affiliate links on one line of a TXT file... then you can change them all at once through one link
