send support ticket

wait 17 hours for a reply

respond to them within 2 minutes

wait 14 hours for a reply

respond to them in 10 minutes

wait 7 hours for a reply

might not be exact, but you get the gist. Surely the people I'm dealing with get my response straightaway? Or do they not? It's like pulling teeth being on this end...

I put in a support ticket with a company over a week ago, no response.

This morning at 8:30am I sent an email to Lenny @ Kink.com, I got a response in ten minutes, and he solved my problem instantly.

Who do you think I'm going to do business with - Company "A" that doesn't respond to me or Kink.com that responds to me instantly outside of normal working hours?

bitstamp 3 days for a response, who knows when the follow up will be

so crak aren't the worst by any means, this is 70% rant at the end of one fuck of an unproductive day, and 30% hope that the powers that be there will look into what is obviously a flawed system - I'm guessing completely that a response to an ongoing ticket just gets put right at the back of all other tickets, so that when ticket submitter A is online and ready to go back and forth 5 or 6 times within 30 minutes and get the ticket resolved/closed, everyone with a ticket has to wait hours and hours because their correspondence is in a queue that doesn't prioritise.

Mostly just a rant, but yeah, it fucking sucks lol

Hey Jel, thanks for bringing this to my attention. Our support ticket volume has grown significantly in the last months and we must adjust our processes consequently. We're looking to implement a live chat service to CrakRevenue in the next weeks, hopefully this will be a part of the solution. Meanwhile i'll check with the support team to put in place a dedicated queue for tickets awaiting answers, thanks again for pointing this out!

Jel: I have my account rep on skype and simply chat with him for all issue I have... I didnt even know Crak had a ticket system :D :D :D

Just speak to someone directly. I've always had a good service with the guys over at Crak.
