First time with a .CA Domain dispute
 

I was going to open a "transsexual union in canada" website but it seems Trans Union LLC in the USA (They have .ca offices as well) thinks the domain name belongs to them

The domain name is transunion.ca, part of dispute policies allows for me to prove i have a valid use for the domain name, i think bringing together transsexuals around canada is a pretty good one :)

What do you guys thing, should i let them have it or should i fight it?

Let them have it for a few $K. They're big enough to want it, they're big enough to pay :)
