      any price you have in mind? you said 30k was too low

      and if i were you i wouldnt sell it to someone that will just fill it with other content, it would be better to hand it off to someone who already has your style of content or to hire someone who can shoot it.

                      The price I have in my head is more like at least double that.

                      But, I would bring in a 50% business partner for around 30-35k, if it was someone who could take over the running of the site and blow the site and affiliate program up with traffic, etc.

                      I'm not going to quit the business. I'm just burned out from running the site, and I know that I'm never going to get it to the right level by myself.

                      I'm still going to be finding girls and shooting for my DVDS and other things which will bring free promotion and fresh scenes for the site.
