Who uses what Helpdesk software.
What do you have and hows it going?
|
We use Hesk. It's very simple to setup and get running. We only have a handfull of tickets per day, but I would think that it could handle anything that you would throw at it.
Not very feature rich, but it gets the job done, and it's like $40 to register. If you have a ton of tickets, want chat, and lot's of people taking care of tickets you may look at ZenDesk. T. |
Thanks for the reply.
We were looking at Zen but I got the impression its ONLY on their servers? Maybe I missed something. It was a brief look. Will check out Hesk now. thanks |
I believe that Zen is only from their servers. But they have all the bells and whistles that you would ever need. You'll have to pay $25 to $60 per agent per month for all those features.
If all you want is a knowlege base and to have a spot for members to create and mange messages back and forth with support, hesk does that really well. We added it a couple of years ago because emails were not getting thru for a large number of our members, now they can login to the helpdesk and check a support ticket to see if we have taken care of the issue. No more dealing with lost emails :) Yeah! T. |
