LiveJasmin Affiliate Problem
 

So normally I hate to do this in public but... I need a contact for someone at LiveJasmin / AWE who is capable of handing a legal issue with an affiliate.

I brought the matter to the attention of a former high level employee multiple times, but he has since left the company and the affiliate in question is still violating copyrights -- the issue was never resolved, and I received no feedback one way or the other.

We've tried contacting AWE through the normal support channels too, no luck.

Can someone over there please hit me up via my first name @ynot.com, or else post here how to reach them? You have an affiliate who is using the copyrighted names of another cam company in domain names sending traffic to LiveJasmin, and the owner (and a friend) of the other cam company is losing patience. I can't say that I blame him.

Good luck with that. Getting sense out of AWE support is like getting blood from a stone.

This shouldn't be that complicated, especially for a legal matter like this. Is there nobody at AWE who's responding to affiliate matters anymore?

They r very good at enforcing their own trademarks, but i doubt they care when its the other way around
