Got a Paxum business account?

Looking for someone with a Paxum business account to send a payment to a good friend of mine. He just got his Paxum account but can't apply for a Paxum Mastercard yet. It's saying that he needs to be sent a payment from someone with a Business Account before he applies for a card.
