Even If You Where Seriously Rich...

I am talking Billionaire not Millionaire, would you stay here?..

Costing $83,200 a night, the Royal Penthouse Suite at the Hotel President Wilson in Geneva is the most expensive hotel room in the world. The 12-bedroom suite has hosted a venerable guest list, including Bill Gates and Michael Douglas. Apparently, some famous musicians have found inspiration in the panoramic views of Lake Geneva and the Swiss Alps.

I just couldn't bring myself to hand over that sort of cash for a night in a hotel even if I could afford it.....

L-Pink 03-01-2014 09:08 PM

I stayed there for a week last summer. Stole all the soap, shampoo, three robes and didn't pay for the mini-bar.

SplatterMaster 03-01-2014 09:18 PM

Wonder if they accept Bitcoins?

ErectMedia 03-01-2014 09:21 PM

I'd stay at a $200 room and spend 83k on numerous escorts to continually lick my sack while I eat ice cream and watch TV. :2 cents:

83K - I would have stolen the bed AND the Jacuzzi with no guilt at all...

:1orglaugh Rarely do I ever almost spit my drink out, but you got me. My thoughts exactly on how to spend the money, also.

babymaker 03-01-2014 10:09 PM

I'm there right now, it's not bad, but why they need to charge me the damn $200 on top of the 83k is beyond me :D

Rochard 03-01-2014 10:41 PM

For $83k a night... Instead of staying there a week you can save your money and buy a place there with the same view.

If I had unlimited funds.... I would buy a house on the beach in Hawaii. Robin's Nest, the Magnum PI house, is for sale in Hawaii for $10mil. That has a great view. And a tidal pool.

freecartoonporn 03-01-2014 11:48 PM

no fucking way....

Where is the view? You mean that road; some trees and that boring looking puddle of water? For 83k you can't even have your ass-fucked in the jacuzi by some kinky dominatrix without the whole coast of Geneva watching:helpme

seeandsee 03-02-2014 03:00 AM

what a ripoff!

YES... Absolutely, if I wanted too....

But your logic is flawed.... If you were a Billionaire, you wouldn't be thinking along those lines... You'd just stay there if you wanted, and probably wouldn't be even the least bit aware of the price... You'd just stay... Money wouldn't be an 'Object'... :2 cents:

.

Manfap 03-02-2014 03:29 AM

a billion at 2% daily money market gets you 55k a day. so have a cheap day (20k) then stay there on the interest.

Would you pay $10 for pack of chewing gum? $100 for a hamburger? Well why not, you can afford it easily, couldn't you? So why wouldn't you just spend that money, $100 is probably not an 'object' for you...

Because it's not about the money, it's about the value you get for what you spend.

beerptrol 03-02-2014 03:48 AM

I'd still be a tight wad, and would get a 200 dollar a night room and donate the rest to a local kid(s) registered with Make A Wish Foundation

Just because you can afford it, doesn't mean you should!

No its NOT - Sorry, Billionaire Status means that its all about YOU...

What YOU want, when YOU want it...

I'm not saying the hotel room isn't RIDICULOUSLY overpriced....

Just that do you REALLY think that Bill Gates, Richard Branson or Mark Zuckerberg, are going to have the same mindset of of you (Or ME) who couldn't afford it????

It's all relative, and I think you missed the point of my analogy. The fact is even a billionaire can look at a particular purchase and decide it's not worth the price. Have you seen how modest Warren Buffet lives? Most billionaires don't behave like they are in a rap video, they don't have much to prove regarding their status, at least in my perspective.

pimpmaster9000 03-02-2014 04:48 AM

its a bankers retreat kind of thing...money gets thrown around like its nothing...

not the best analogy, Billionaire likely has reached his financial goals and is set for life so no point in saving $$, and so costs don't matter....

we peasants on the other hand, have not reached our financials goals yet, so have to be a little more careful about spending $$ foolishly...

I can only sleep in one bedroom at a time - so twelve is redundant.

The view - nothing special. We recently stayed at the Tamarijn/Divi in Aruba with a FAR superior picture-perfect view...for a fraction of the cost. Granted, it didn't have a jacuzzi - IT HAD A FABULOUS WHITE SAND BEACH.

Even with a billion dollars - I wouldn't spend it on that Geneva hotel.

pornmasta 03-02-2014 09:04 AM

no it's too expensive.
