Best ways to autoupdate content on adult domain (rss feeds, hosted tubes etc)?

I did not use auto updated content so I am not deeply familiar with options.
Let's say you have parked domains.
What are the options:
a) make a blog with sponsor rss feeds (is that still popular and do sponsors still provide this?)
b) hosted tube (is that still "no earnings" option?)
c)... ?
d)..

Long time ago it was said "unique content is the key", also "give more text content for search engines" etc. Later it was denied, even sites without text content were ranking well. And now when most important thing is things like bounce rate, time on site etc (which indicates that surfer likes the site) unique content is less important, since you can have good scores even with non unique content.

I've made ad revenue and sales with my current (32) niche ones. Would say better to do your own sites over automated but they work for me as got too much other adult/mainstream shit running to actually run (32) real tubes and I use them more for backlinks so any income is just a bonus. If the domain is just parked then Hosted Tube is an improvement. If you have the time to put the work in then doing a real site offers more control and possible earnings.

Of course real sites are better. I am talking about running auto updated sites on domains that would be parked otherwise.
