I really need you help to find a Legit credit/debit card processor for an adult website (independent camgirl)
I am looking for a processor that doesn't require an upfront fee like CCBILL
it should also provide me with a debit card like redpass to transfer the payout

Zombaio is the only processor I've heard of who doesn't charge this fee.

Yes, zombaio starts paying late and you never know when you
receive email from them they went out of business. This late payments smells really bad. Non billing company ever paid late.

Try Verotel, they don't charge any fees if you make
$100 per week. Verotel never paid late.

Redpass been 2 months (60 days) late in processing payments for a few people since december, see a couple of threads about it - this may be related to Zombaio lateness threads (same company). Use at your risk.

However, as others noted, other processors which take no fees and also provide a card to cash in ATM directly, does not exist. I see there posted SegPay, we use them and is good, but they let us pay $500/year for Mastercard, like most or all others, and I don't think they pay to cards?

If that's for indy (i.e. skype?) shows, why don't you simply signup him as affiliate in a cam site so you get most of what he spend? For example at ChatGF.com we pay 82% to the models if they bring the guy, and there are some sites who was paying 100%, unsure if this was promos. Then the cam site pays you on payoneer, paxum or else reliable cards.
