Paxum withdraw

Funds Withdrawal To External Credit Card (Other than Paxum Card) --- 1% ( minimum $6.00)

Is it works now ? I remember it's not few months ago

Awkward 02-24-2014 06:59 AM

I can't withdraw any money to my external credit card.

seolinker 02-24-2014 07:00 AM

that sucks, RuthB any comments when it will be fixed ?

RuthB 02-24-2014 07:55 AM

Hi seolinker,

At the moment we do not offer withdrawal to an external credit/debit card, this service is unavailable. I'm sorry but I don't have an ETA for when it will become available.

In the meantime, please use one of our alternative methods to withdraw your funds; wire, check, EFT, or you can request a card from within your Paxum account.

Thanks,
Ruth :)

I got my money through EFT after many obstacles with $9 + $ to EUR conversion fee. It's not possible for me to get the Paxum card since they require passport or driver's licence scan, so until they fix their external card withdrawal I will use them as last resort.

seolinker 02-24-2014 12:41 PM

yep, wanted to initiate EFT, but still wasn't sure how it will be available in my country even while Paxum said it is. Ended up with check. Not good anyway, but ok.

I withdraw funds from my Paxum account via EFT to my bank account and it usually takes two business days :thumbsup

Dont you need to hold an ID and photo yourself to be able to use EFT?

You live in US, that's why. In Paxum, they want to send $, but in local currency. To be credit to what to local bank ? to $ ? then it's wire and have big fees; to local ? not sure my bank will do this if it comes in $, it can give me local, but it needs to be credited to same currency account

pornmasta 02-25-2014 11:00 AM

what's the difference between wire and EFT ?

Wire is international, EFT is a local transfer for a lower fee.

We offer EFT withdrawal to many countries, but not all of them. If you're interested in using EFT withdrawal and you're unsure if the option is available to you, please feel free to open a ticket in the Message Center of your Paxum account and our support department will assist you.

EFT withdrawal has a fee of $8.95 USD per transaction
It takes up to 7 business days for the funds to arrive to your bank account
There is a daily transaction limit in place
You are required to provide additional verification in order to open the EFT option within your Paxum account

Thanks :)

Yes, EFT withdrawal is available for both France and Spain.

For EFT you need to add your Bank account to your Paxum account (My Account >> Profile Settings >> Banks)

Then you need to click "Confirm Bank" and follow the instructions there.

If you find you need any assistance with this, please let us know.
