Basically you want to do this?
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/s...primary-domain

Or this?
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/m...to-main-domain

If it is... Unfortunately it's not that easy to do in WordPress out-of-the-box.

There are plugins that help though depending on what exactly you want to achieve.

Are you already using plugins for WordPress multisite to make it easier to use? Depending on which, how to set it might be different.

you didnt explained quite well what you want but i think you want to create new posts on subdomains and have that posts of subdomains to show on main domain. This is not possible with some native settings as your main site aand subdomains are separated and each have its own content. But someone with skills can make it work like that but its not an easy task.
