For me its always working best with odd domains.
I make most of my cash on .no .nu .se and .xxx domains.
I think its good to be niched to make cash.
We will see if this PORN.construction domain will be sold or bring me cash in some way.

Agreed reason I have 35+ niche sites, niche for me comes from the content, handjobs, footjobs, milf, etc... all on .coms, extension doesn't make a niche here unless your gonna do chicks in construction outfits or some kinda porn site builder, good luck with it though.
