I hate arguing about payouts issue.

Here is the story.

1. Last two years I join Boinkcash and sent them bunch of traffic and several thousands was earned. Last few months I stopped sending traffic.

2. Aj approach me to send traffic since they have new program so Aj tried to search my account and he cant find it to make the discussion short he told me to create a new account.

3. New account was created and start sending traffic again. I thought schedule of payment is still the same, but it was changed.

4. First payout of the week which is $180 period of January 20 to January 26 if two weeks hold then the schedule is February 9 since it was Sunday Greg told me that all payouts were done on Wednesday.

a. This payout was schedule on February 19th (today) yet I argue about it WHY since the schedule is two weeks and if we go on February 19th that's absurd that's more than two weeks.

b. They sent the payment during discussion with Brent.

5. Now for the pay period of January 27 to February 2 the supposed schedule is February 16th and it was mark in the system that I was paid last 16th (See what is the difference, they mark it as paid yet I never receive anything).

a. This payout was not sent today (not yet ended for the day) approach Brent and Greg, now they have changed their statement!

I am holding that statement for the rest of our conversation! And they keep changing.

Today I receive this message again after asking how come it was delay and never receive the payments today:

So the process of sending payouts is two days (Are they huge as Dating Gold and others?)

I have been with them for two years yet they still argue with this. I hate arguing about payments etc.

They keep changing their statements and so on. I know they are good but I hate how they handle issue like this.

Just need your opinion!

No Payouts for the day and no chances of getting that tomorrow as well.

You can ask any of our affiliate $ is received by affiliates on Fridays we process the pay periods on Wed.

Periods are Monday - Sunday but because we offer 2 day trials and some affiliates are paid on conversion we process the reports on Wed allowing affiliates waiting on conversions to be included in the report. Payouts are put into Queue and delivered on Fridays.

Out of all of the payouts you have been sent while with boinkcash at least 50% you requested be sent early and we did you that favor.

I have told you that i approved your payout to be sent tomorrow when accounting opens however you don't seem to understand.

Again, Brent I have stated that I have been holding the word of your colleague.

For other sponsors, two weeks is two weeks or a 14 days hold NO MORE than that. If you say there is additional 2 days you must declare 16 days hold!

What you have argued is that.

2 weeks hold plus another 3 days for processing and that is a total of three week hold isn't it correct?

The way they scheduled payout is misleading to their affiliates.

They said it was paid on 16th Yet the process will start on Wednesday till Friday which takes 3 weeks hold.

I agree this can be confusing.
you have been an affiliate for years tho not weeks or days.
This has always been the case.

I will update this thread once they sent the payment $X,XXX is sent.

Boink paid me when it was time. And one time I forgot they paid me (in custom way I asked) then I asked them where's my money and they remind me how they paid :)

That's true but we are not in the same situation! :)

Okay, a good affiliate rep or business dev block me in his contact list.

I know Aj from LoadedCash to Boinkcash is a good man however is it good to block somebody just because he is complaining about payout issue? Now I cannot contact him.

i always got my payments but sometimes with delays but all paid up.

I know that but today it getting worst than ever. No body replies even they are online, Aj blocks me in his Skype (he was annoyed by answering my question).
