Streaming FLV works on old Nokia phones.

flv is a thing of the past, find a newer more up to date website.

MP4 is all the way to go! Almost every smart phone could play it. FLV is a thing of past. I'd personally like to see more affiliate programs converting their videos to MP4.

I don't know about S4 (I'm running my contract out on an S2) but I am able to stream flash videos with the NBPro browser (free version available as Naked Browser). You may have to go to the Flash download archive at the Adobe and find one of the later Android .apks and install it.

I've tested MP4 files and so far they all work (even in just the browser without player) on PC, Mac, Smart Phones, Tablets, and Game Consoles (Xbox 360 / PS3). Works great.
HTML5's <video> tag works with it too, build in player controls. |
I hate for example android phones because you can load streams, i guess some new s3,4 can, but middle budget phones cant, jesus

I think you need MXPLAYER in the playstore. It plays just about everything. |
