How long do you wait for a rep to fix something?
I have an issue with a sponsor. One of their sites is no longer displaying the discount and its billing at full price and the payout is suppose to be at 50% of the sale but it is only paying me out at the discounted rated even tho they are being billed full price
Its been over a week now without a word back and ignored messages to the rep |
Most affiliate reps are useless. If they truly understood the very things they are giving advice on, they wouldn't be affiliate reps. They'd be managing their own media buys, their own sites, their own traffic and so on.
Structure your business to not be dependent on any sponsor. Yank the traffic as soon as you smell a rat. If they don't need your traffic and your relationship - you don't need them. Build your relationships carefully and nurture only those relationships that are right for you and your business and where they also are attempting to nurture the relationship as well. Your time should be valuable. Don't waste it. Don't invest that valuable time in useless assholes (which this biz is full of)... Invest it where you'll get the best value and maximum return. |
Over a week without a reply? I would've pulled my links already. They clearly don't care about you or your traffic.

1 week is too long ..... fuck em.... |
This remind me how someone should make a list of "proffesional" sponsors, meaning how affiliate can send a question on mail and get an answer in 24 time period(except weekends).
